Terms of Use

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms describe the agreement between you and PDFtoJPG.ca when you use the tools on this site. By using the site you accept them.

The service

PDFtoJPG.ca provides free browser-based file conversion tools. No account, registration, payment or subscription is required, and no paid tier exists. The converter runs on your device; we do not receive your files and therefore cannot retrieve, restore or inspect them.

Your responsibilities

  • Only convert documents you have the right to use, and respect any copyright, licence or confidentiality obligations that apply to them.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful material or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Keep your own backups. Because nothing is uploaded, there is no copy of your document or of the converted images on our side.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Conversion results depend on the source document, your browser and your device. We do not guarantee that every document can be converted, that output will be free of defects, or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PDFtoJPG.ca is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including lost data, lost profits or business interruption. Because no fee is charged, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, which is zero.

Advertising and third-party services

The site is supported by advertising. Advertising, when present, is clearly separated from the tool and never disguises a download button. Advertisements are served by third parties under their own terms. Any analytics used is anonymous and aggregated.

Changes and contact

Features may be added, changed or removed at any time. If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
